Anaconda 3D 2025 follows Doug and Griff, two lifelong friends facing midlife crises who decide to remake their favorite movie from the 1990s. They travel to the Amazon rainforest with their friends Claire and Kenny to shoot a scene-for-scene recreation of the original cult classic. The amateur film crew hires a tame snake and a local guide for their production but quickly discovers they are not alone in the jungle. A massive wild anaconda begins hunting them for real, turning their comedic movie set into a desperate fight for survival. Illegal gold miners and government agents further complicate their journey as the friends realize they are no longer making a movie but living one. This action comedy puts the characters in genuine danger while they struggle to complete their film and escape the rainforest alive.
