Michael 3D 2026 In 1966, steelworker Joseph Jackson forms the Jackson 5, a group of his five sons, with Michael as lead vocalist. They sign a contract with Motown, their albums top the charts, and the family moves to California. Berry Gordy sees solo potential in Michael. In 1978, Michael releases Off the Wall with Quincy Jones, but Joseph maintains control over his career. In 1982, Thriller is released, breaking records. Michael achieves music video rotation on MTV. Michael participates in the Victory Tour, but at the final concert, he announces his departure from the group and breaks ties with his father. The film concludes with his solo performance at Wembley in 1988.
